The play "NT Drama" revealsmanipulation of real estate infrastructure with utopias andstereotypes, shows the mechanism of capitalist traps in whichthe weaker, socially and financially insecure part of peopleare the most affected. This social theme of the play became even more relevant during the recent yearspandemic period, with the growth of real estate price bubble and peopledesperation, trying to protect their finances and recklesslyinvesting in any real estate, and young peoplefacing capitalist absurdity, trying to get a loan from a bankand buy their own home. The play "NT Drama" has not yet been staged in Lithuania, but has already  won the international prize for playwrights in 2021.
