On December 2 last year, the world celebrated the 100th anniversary of the birth of Mary Anna Sesilia Sofia Calogeropoulos. A girl born in a New York family in a family of Greek immigrants was famous for Mary Kalan. And while the "divine" singers have been with us for almost half a century (since 1977), it still remains one of the most enchanting voices and personalities in opera history. The story of the Opera singer, the author of the Jacqueline and Spencer, tells a retrospective way, looking from the 1970s in Paris.
reveals the first steps of this magnificent woman on stage, black work, suffering, failures, scene attraction, excitement and triumph. Mary, who tells her story, re -experiences her passion, pain, frustration and love. It is like a mosaic of all her stormy, wonderful and tragic life from pieces.
