Let's go on an unforgettable trip on the Mara River!

Mara is a river that many have not even heard of, but it is here that one of the most impressive goSUP tours awaits. It winds along the Lithuanian-Polish border: one turn - we are in Lithuania, the other - in Poland, and so on for 12 km to the border of Belarus, where we will reach the border of the three countries.
📌 Important: you must have an ID card with you when swimming!

Due to its wild environment, the Mara is one of the least human-touched rivers - fast flow, steep banks, plenty of bends and fallen trees. We promise: there will be no shortage of impressions and you will remember this swim for a long time.

TIME

We arrive at the meeting place at 12:00.
A minibus will be waiting for you here, which will take you to the starting place.

In the beginning, you will receive an instruction (about 15 minutes), where you will learn:

how to properly get on the paddle boards,

how to swim correctly,

what to do if you fall,

which route we will swim,

the most important rules of safe behavior.

After the briefing, we will go on a ~12 km hike downstream.
Swimming duration: 3-4 hrs.
Full expedition: up to 5 hrs. (with preparation and tidying up after the hike).

PLACE

We meet in Kapčiamiestis, at the Robinson campsite.
Here you will leave your cars in a safe area, and a minibus will take you to the start of the swim and bring back the finishers.

CLOTHING

Wear loose, sporty clothing that does not restrict movement and can get wet (pants can be rolled up).
Dress according to the weather — if cooler weather is expected, dress warmer.

Swimming takes place in nature, so we recommend have:

mosquito spray,

sun cream,

drinking water.

It is a good idea to have a set of dry clothes in the car in case you accidentally get wet.

PRICE

45 Eur
Included in the price included:

instruction,

paddleboard kit and all necessary equipment,

transportation from the campsite to the starting point,

transportation from the finish to the campsite,

instructor sailing together.

WEATHER CONDITIONS

In very due to unfavorable weather conditions (storm, thunderstorm or other dangerous phenomena), the tour can be postponed to another date by mutual agreement. We will inform the participants personally by phone.

PARTICIPANTS

Only adults can participate.

People under the influence of alcohol or other substances cannot participate. The organizers reserve the right not to provide the service and not to refund money to intoxicated participants.

TICKET RULES

If the tour takes place, but the participant does not arrive and inform 24 hours in advance, the ticket is considered used.

The ticket is valid only for the specified date.

Money is refunded only if the tour is cancelled.

When changing the date, a fee of EUR 5 applies (changes can be made up to 24 hours before the start of the tour).
