Kaunas will host the traditional "Courtyard Festival" for the seventh time, reminding of the friendship and unity of the people of the city of Kaunas. The celebration will take place on Friday, May 24, from 6 to 8 p.m. On Laisvės aleja.
ABOUT THE CELEBRATION
Every year we invite you to celebrate the International Day of Neighbors at a communal dinner on Laisvės aleja.
For one evening, tables decorated with white tablecloths and flowers spread out in the heart of the city, inviting you with feasts and hospitality. They, along with chairs and other desired accents, are brought by the event participants themselves: communities, organizations and neighbors gathered together. They sit next to each other, chat, share their prepared dishes and sometimes their talents - dance, play music, take portraits... After all, the celebration is not created by anyone else, but by each participant!
