The wounds of the First World War open up in all their pain: about 15 thousand shells of various calibers fell on the 3rd sector of the First Defense Department right next to the III Fort.

On the last day of the defense of the fort the defenders ran out of ammunition. In addition, he had to hide from the firing of his own people. After the capture of Fort III, the fate of the Kaunas fortress was decided.

Tickets for all participants from 14 years of age. The purchased ticket means that you have already registered for this event (otherwise registration by e-mail is required). Excursion is free for preschool children - registration is required.

Meeting place: Titnago st. 43, Seniava, Kaunas district. The meeting place is at the III (third) side of the Fort - the western (right) entrance to the territory - near the children's playground.

Excursions in the forts take place in any weather: on a rainy day, have protection from the rain. Wear comfortable shoes for walking on dirt, grass. Have searchlights - you'll need them. It is useful to have a means of protection against mosquitoes and ticks.

IMPORTANT: The forts are not suitable for visitors with mobility difficulties.

Minors who have purchased tickets can only visit the forts with their parents or an accompanying adult.
