Sooner or later we realize that any tree without roots can be uprooted even by a small storm. So, with time, we turn to ourselves and our beginning - to the roots of our family - to our ancestors.
Each of us belongs to an individual Kinship system, which exists and develops according to its unique beliefs. There are laws that each kinship system follows separately, internally: for example: having a place of residence or not (nomads), attitude to money, attitude to the opposite sex, relationships with each other, relationships with oneself, relationships with the environment, employers, etc. Therefore, each family system is unique.
When the Soul is ready to incarnate, the Kinship system invites it and gives it body (a vessel for the soul) and health (to complete tasks).
The soul must acquire certain qualities in order to learn in those situations where, for example, it was categorical, to forgive, to love, and where it was passive, perhaps to represent its convictions - and thus during a series of lives we incarnate in different countries, in different eras, where we get different experiences, as a result of which our consciousness and perceptions expand.
Each person does not come to his clan by chance, because his programs and tasks correspond to the developmental tasks and goals of his clan.
If you feel that you are carrying the sins or burdens of your ancestors, it is only because your Soul has the same tendencies.
Why are we most affected by the 3-4-7 generations? Because we were those Souls that were incarnated then, and we keep coming back to heal, deal with the consequences of our actions, because the conditions and possibilities are different now.

Meeting with the ancestors is a unique practice during which you will meet seven generations from the father's and mother's side - you will feel the ancestors, maybe even hear them. In any case, during the practice, you will be able to erase those negative programs that pass from generation to generation, for example: the program of single women, abusers, alcoholics, oncological diseases, suicides or other repetitive programs that are reflected in the lives of you, your parents, grandparents.
It is recommended that you come to the practice knowing what program or problem you want to work on or what question you want to ask your ancestors.
Before practice, it is recommended not to drink coffee, not to eat a couple of hours before.
