This is not a presentation of the methodology or dogmas of one biomimetic school. It is an integrated philosophy of restorative treatment that helps to make better clinical decisions, preserve more healthy tooth tissue and achieve long-term restoration results.

I have been systematically studying minimally invasive, biomimetic and adhesive restorative dentistry, applying it in clinical practice and teaching for more than 10 years.

During this time, I learned from different areas of biomimetic dentistry, recognized in the world clinicians, university recommendations and the latest scientific research. This course brings all of this information together into one coherent system, without extremes, without dogma, and based on what is best based on science today and works in everyday practice.

This is not a course that simply shows "how I do it".

Every decision will be analyzed based on biology, biomechanics, material science and clinical logic.

My goal - not only to show WHAT and HOW to do it, but most importantly to explain WHY.

During three intensive days, we will go through the entire path of restorative treatment - from caries diagnosis and damage assessment to the creation of the final biomimetic restoration using both direct and indirect methods.

The course consists of more than 1600 carefully prepared slides, dozens of clinical demonstrations, numerous videos, diagrams and real clinical cases. All the material is presented clearly, consistently and in such a way that it can be applied on the next working day.

• Accurately diagnose caries and choose the most appropriate treatment tactics (full/selective/staged cleaning/VPT).

• Systems for evaluating tooth structural damage and making reasonable decisions about restorative treatment.

• You will understand why teeth are falling apart; when and how to treat microcracks, and when to remove a cracked tooth

• Apply modern adhesion protocols and significantly reduce the risk of postoperative sensitivity.

• Properly use IDS, DME, Ribbond®, SFRC and other biomimetic methods and materials

• Understand the polymerization of composites and its influence on the durability of restorations. SRDC (stress-reduced-direct-composite) methodology

• To clearly know when a direct restoration is sufficient, and when the best solution is an inlay, overlay or other indirect restoration.

• To prepare, design and glue indirect restorations according to the modern principles of adhesive dentistry.

On the third day, all the theory will be consolidated in practice - during demonstrations and hands-on classes.

• You doubt whether you are working according to the latest science-based recommendations.

• Sometimes you get lost in the abundance of new methodologies and materials; it's hard to choose what to believe and what really works

• You are planning to start applying the principles of biomimetic dentistry, but everything seems complicated and complicated

• You have complicated cases where patients suffer from postoperative sensitivity pain after treatment
