Kaunas city began to form at the confluence of the Nemunas and Neris 617 years ago. The present Old Town, which is proud of Kaunas, is the place from which the history of the city began. So far, many spectacular architectural monuments, which are witnessed by the most important events in Kaunas and Lithuania, can be seen here. We will start the tour with the oldest object - brick Kaunas Castle, which is coming to Vytautas the Great. In the former market square (Town Hall Square), we will learn the story of how Kaunas became a real city with Magdeburg rights. During the tour, we will also see the area of ​​the old port, stroll down the street that you will not find on the current map of the city, and at the end we will visit the largest Gothic church in Lithuania.
