Cathedral. Transformations: in the course of thirteen decades, the Cathedral has undergone drastic changes from a church, an evangelical church to a stained-glass gallery and a Catholic sanctuary. Built in a swamp, famous not only for its size, but also for the sound of bells, hundreds of icons in wall paintings and iconostasis.

For children and 1-8 cl. for schoolchildren participating in the excursion together with adult family members - the excursion is free (registration is required, as well as 2 EUR for the ticket to the catacombs).
Meeting place and start of the excursion: at the entrance stairs to St. . the church of Archangel Michael (Eggulas), 14 Independence Square, Kaunas.
The excursion will take place both outdoors and indoors - make sure to dress appropriately for the weather.
