Artificial intelligence, automation and the rapidly changing labor market make many people ask themselves the question - will my competences still be needed in a few years?
Technologies are changing faster than ever before, but the biggest challenge often lies not in them, but in our ability to adapt to changes.
During this meeting we will talk about FOBO (Fear of Becoming Obsolete) - fear of becoming unnecessary. We will discuss why it arises, how the labor market is changing and what skills are becoming the most important in a world where technology is increasingly taking over routine tasks.
Ugnė Siaurusevičienė is a LiPA member with 16+ years of experience in sales, HR, project management and leadership. Ugnė is also a sales and leadership coach at Southwestern Consulting. Today, she spends most of her time helping leaders, teams and organizations increase their productivity in sales and in daily management challenges.
