The ticket price includes the entire program of the event and organizational solutions - participants just need to take care of white clothes, their dishes and their favorite snacks for dinner. Everything else - from the atmosphere to the evening program - will be prepared by the organizers.
During the evening, the acoustic concert program of Neda Malūnavičiūtė, accordionist Povilas Neliupšis and the Kėdainiai jazz quartet will be performed. A special part of the event is a support auction, during which the collected funds will be used for Jonas Urbietis' surgery on both femurs and post-operative rehabilitation in Poland. Jonas was born with a congenital diagnosis of Spina bifida, the planned treatment will help improve his mobility and make his daily life easier. By participating, you will not only enjoy an exceptional evening, but also contribute to meaningful assistance and household relief for John and his family. Event rules:
Dress code is white. Participants bring their own dishes, glasses, dinner snacks and drinks. Alcoholic drinks are not consumed during the event and are not brought into the event area. Important for families: children are welcome at the event, but the event program and activities are intended for an adult audience. Since separate activities for children will not be organized, we ask parents to evaluate the suitability of the event for their children. The adults accompanying them are responsible for the care and employment of children during the event.IMPORTANT to know when purchasing tickets: The ticket entitles you to a seat at the selected table, but specific seats are not reserved. Those wishing to sit together should buy tickets at the same table at the same time. Upon arrival at the event, participants will be greeted by volunteers at each table who will help them find free seats and get comfortable. The organizers reserve the right to adjust the seating at the selected table during the event in order to optimally fill the tables.
Purchasing a ticket confirms that the participant has familiarized himself with the description and rules of the event and undertakes to comply with them, including the dress code, the principle of a sober event, the requirement to bring your own dishes and other instructions given by the organizers. The organizers reserve the right to deny entry to the event or to ask to leave the event area persons who do not follow the established rules.
IMPORTANT: The event is organized on a non-commercial basis. Organizers, decorators, partners and part of the chairmen of the program participants contribute to the initiative on a voluntary basis, so the collected funds are primarily used to cover the necessary costs of the event. Unused budget from tickets and additional funds collected during the evening charity auction will be allocated to the Jonas Urbietis support and charity fund.
