Faces of Time. Klaipėda 772 - Portrait Wet Co -Co -Colodial Workshop
Klaipeda 772! On the occasion of the city's birthday, we invite you to try one of the oldest ways of photography - the technique of wet colodia, which was created in the 19th century. It is a unique, slow, hand -performed process where each portrait becomes a unit piece created on glass or metal plate - like 170 years ago.
We invite Klaipeda residents and guests to become part of these authentic portraits with the whole family. You can dress up in a urban, historically or just to be yourself - a colodius camera captures something you won't see on the phone screen.
