☀️ Summer continues! 15 + 15 = 30? Not this time. Seems like a simple math operation. But this time, these numbers mean much more - 15 km on foot and 15 km by kayak. A completely new format of hiking that we haven't had before! Therefore, on July 25 we invite you to embark on another unforgettable journey together.
We will meet in Merkinė, where our walking tour will begin. We will travel to the kayaks that are ready and waiting for us. We will walk along the historical paths of the partisans, we will visit the places where the Lithuanian partisans fought for the freedom and independence of our country.
Our mother nature will pamper us with the rustling of pine trees, and the small violinists of nature - grasshoppers and birds - will create a real orchestra of nature. Accompanied by the calmness and energy of nature, step by step we will reach the kayaks waiting for us.
The hike will take about 3-4 hours.
After reaching the kayaks, we will stop for a short breather - we will have a snack, rest and prepare for the second part of our adventure.
Then we will go for about 15 km swimming in one of the most beautiful rivers of Dzūkija - Merkiu. The current of the river will take us calmly forward, and we will enjoy a well-deserved rest, fresh water and wonderful views of nature.
If the day is hot, we can always refresh ourselves in the river Merkis. Its cool water will give you even more energy and good mood.
The swim will last about 4-5 hours.
When we reach the finish line, we will all have completed another amazing journey together. And not just any hike, one that will remind us once again that the greatest victories are those we achieve on our own.
Therefore, as befits true champions, we will dress up with medals at the finish line for another personal victory!

The kayak is paid for directly to the kayak rental company - on the day of the event in cash or in advance online (link below).
The kayak rental price includes:

Rights of the organizer The organizer reserves the right to cancel the event if:

Payments If the event does not take place due to the fault of the organizer, the participation fee paid for the hike will be refunded.
Since the kayak rental is provided by a separate service provider, the kayaks are billed directly to them. The payment and refund conditions set by the kayak rental company apply to the payment of the kayak rental.
Photographing and filming Participants will be photographed and filmed during the event. By registering for the event, you agree that photos and videos captured during the event can be used in the organizer's social networks and other publicity materials.
