✨Camp "THROUGH AWARENESS TO INNER CHANGE" is a weekend for women who want to:
• better understand themselves and their purpose on Earth;
• strengthen the connection with their inner self;
• regain inner peace and energy.
Through group practices we will travel towards our inner axis, and a supportive environment will allow us to safely to open up.
The camp offers:
• understanding of your talents, strengths and obstacles in relationships and finances, which will help you put together a life system that brings peace, clarity and direction;
• energetic dances;
• massage (as needed);
• meditations;•
• facial self-massage.
FOOD: vegetarian, 3x a day.
We recommend bringing your own coffee, tea or snacks - we will have a common table.
ACCOMMODATION: in rooms above the sauna.
Wc, shower, bed linen and towels will be available.
CLOTHING: comfortable, not restricting movement.
BRING: hygienic accessories, yoga mat, blanket, cushion, indoor and outdoor shoes, clothes according to the weather.
Most of the practices will take place outside.
