For the fourth year, we have been meeting to talk about what is most important to us parents - our children.
How to actually see them?
How to hear not only their words, but also what lies behind them?
How to be there when emotions explode?
How to create a connection, maintain boundaries, understand and at the same time not lose yourself?
Sunday, September 27, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. we meet again at the Panevėžys "Šaltinius" pro-gymnasium at the fourth conference for parents "I see you, I hear you, I feel you".
The focus of this year's conference is positive parenting and connection. As you can see, hear and feel both sides - both the child and the parents.
It's a day of open conversations, real experiences, professional insights and practical tools that we can take back to our families.

The conference will be moderated by Toma Razmislavičiūtė - theater actress, author of the blog "MamAdo", ambassador of the mental health initiative "Look Deeper".

During the long break, the "Opportunities Fair" will traditionally take place, where you can get acquainted with various activities for children and families.
Ticket price - 15 EUR.
For two - 25 Eur.
The price of the ticket includes coffee and tea during the break.
Last year, there were no free seats at the conference, so this year we invite you not to wait for the announcement of the program and secure your place now.
