The landscape of the Varėnė river is very diverse: we will start swimming in the bends of the river densely covered with reeds, then we will pass through wooded and steep slopes, and we will swim into Lake Varėnis. The lake is the halfway point of our expedition, from where a more extreme journey begins with plenty of twists and turns. So, we have a lot of beautiful views, fun turns, big smiles, a little water and a lot of good mood waiting for us!

This route is classified as more difficult due to its length and obstacles, so it is advised to choose it only for those who are not afraid of challenges, are properly physically prepared and know how to manage a paddle.

TIME. Please arrive before 11.00, a minibus will arrive to take you all to the starting point, we will be waiting there with all the equipment prepared for you. We start with a briefing, during which you will hear all the necessary information: how to properly get on the paddle board, how to swim correctly, what to do if you fall, which route to swim and other important rules of behavior on the water. The instruction takes about 15 minutes, then you will be swimming. The length of the route is about 15 km, which is about 3.5 - 4.5 hours. swimming down the river. You should plan up to 5 hours for the whole tour. (with preparation, instructions, packing after the hike).

CLOTHING. Wear loose, athletic clothing that won't interfere with wading into the water (trousers can also be rolled up:) We recommend having dry clothes in the car in case you accidentally fall (the chance is very low, but it's better to be prepared).

PRICE. The price of the Varėne river tour is EUR 45 (the price includes: instruction, all necessary equipment, transportation from the finish to the starting place).

In case of very unfavorable weather conditions (storm, thunderstorm or other dangerous natural phenomenon), which may endanger the participants of the event, the event may not take place on the scheduled time and may be rescheduled to another date mutually by agreement.

PARTICIPANTS. Paddleboard tour is open to persons from 16 years of age. with an accompanying adult. We remind you that during the tour the accompanying instructor does not swim together. This tour is recommended for experienced paddlers, so participants must be physically ready to tackle a more challenging route.

The tour is prohibited for persons under the influence of alcohol or other substances. The organizers reserve the right not to provide the service to such persons and not to refund the money for the paid ticket.

If the event takes place, but the customer does not come to the event and due to his/her absence, does not contact the administration in advance of the event using the contacts indicated on the ticket, the money paid for the ticket will not be refunded.
