Salčia is one of the most impressive rivers of Dzūkija, surrounded by wild meadows and forests. Cold water is incredibly clear, easily visible almost everywhere, sandy and clean bottom. However, in some places it is covered with emerald grass beds that hide the bottom, and when you paddle it, it seems as if you are passing through a beautiful meadow.

There are many twists and turns at the beginning of the route, each turn presents new and changing views. From time to time you can meet fallen trees or underwater stones, but the obstacles are easily overcome and add positive spices.

TIME. Please arrive before 11.00, a minibus will arrive to take you all to the starting point. We start with a briefing, during which you will hear all the necessary information: how to properly get on the paddle board, how to swim correctly, what to do if you fall, which route to swim and other important rules of behavior on the water. The instruction takes about 15 minutes, then you will be swimming. The length of the route is 13 km, which is about 3-4 hours. swimming down the river. The entire expedition should be planned for up to 5 hours. (with preparation, instructions, packing after the hike).

PLACE. PRICE. The price of the tour on the Šalčia river is 45 EUR (the price includes: instruction, all necessary equipment, transportation from the finish to the starting place).
In case of very unfavorable weather conditions (storm, thunderstorm or other dangerous natural phenomenon), which may endanger the participants of the event, the event may not take place at the scheduled time and may be rescheduled to another date in return by agreement.

PARTICIPANTS. Paddleboard tour is open to persons from 14 years of age. with an accompanying adult. We remind you that during the tour the accompanying instructor does not swim together.
Participation in the tour is prohibited for persons under the influence of alcohol or other substances. The organizers reserve the right not to provide the service to such persons and not to refund the money for the paid ticket.

If the tour takes place, but the customer does not come to it and does not contact the administration in advance (24 hours before the start of the tour) due to his non-arrival (24 hours before the start of the tour), the money paid for the ticket will not be refunded. The purchased ticket is valid only for the tour whose date is indicated on the ticket. The money for the purchased ticket is refunded only if the tour is cancelled.
