Sañyam 2 is a specially designed program that connects dhāraṇā (concentration), dhyāna (meditation) and samādhi (absolute fullness). Deep meditations of this program are like keys that open the gate to the spread of awareness.
Sri Sri Ravi Shankar leads us to a deep experience with his simplicity, humor and wisdom - to be an observer.
Requirements for participants:
Completed Sañyam level 1 and regular practice; ability to perform several Padmmasadhana practitioners a day; during sessions to wear white clothes alone; pregnant and those with menstrual cycle planned during the program are not recommended.
This experience is an invitation to even deeper self -knowledge and growth of awareness.
Time:
July 26: 2:30 pm to 21:00. Registration will begin at 12:30 p.m. We recommend coming at least an hour earlier.
July 27 and 28: 7: 00-21: 00 p.m.
July 29: 7: 00-17: 00 p.m.
