Paddleboarding is more than fun. Here, physical activity, closeness to nature and mastering a new skill are combined. During goSUP lessons, teenagers (12-15 years old) learn to paddle, control their body, be confident and just enjoy being on the water - without pressure, but with a lot of energy and positivity.
The first steps on a paddle board - brave and safe
goSUP lessons for teenagers are a great opportunity to try this water sport in a safe and friendly environment. During the lessons, teenagers:
learn how to use the equipment, understand the rules of safe behavior, and master the basic principles of rowing. All this happens playfully and without pressure - so that everyone feels comfortable and confident.The small Dvarčionios lake is perfect for teenagers to learn the sport of rowing - a safe and calm environment makes it easier to master new skills.
Lessons are held in small groups of up to 4 students, so the instructor can pay more attention to each participant.

Lessons are conducted by certified (ASI qualified) instructors who constantly improve their knowledge in international courses and seminars. They not only know rowing very well, but also know how to work with children - with patience, clarity and encouragement.

Who can participate?
Teenagers from 12 to 15 years old.
We invite children (8-11 years old) to children's classes, and from 16 years old - to adult groups.
If a teenager is timid or finds it difficult to fit into a group, we can start with individual lessons lessons.

The ticket can be transferred to another date - a change fee of EUR 5 applies.
