I invite you to 1.5 hrs. duration of relaxation of the body, emotions and thoughts and release from the past.

You will not have to put any effort into this sound and relaxation session. While your body and mind are resting, with the help of sounds and guided visualization, you will be able to naturally let go of what no longer belongs to you - old grievances, alien expectations and the emotional baggage of past events.

Often we don't even notice how much vital energy we use up carrying the burden, guilt or anxiety of the past. But the most profound changes do not happen through tension. Only when our body and mind reach a state of total relaxation does the nervous system feel safe enough to let go of these old blocks easily and without any resistance.

What's in store for you tonight? Using Peter Hess's sounding bowls and a special visualization of three levels of relaxation, I will help your mind and body move into a deep, healing state of calm.

Physical and mental relaxation: The sounds and vibrations of the bowls will naturally slow down your brain waves. Step by step we will relax every cell in the body, letting the endless stream of thoughts subside.

Emotional detox: With soothing sounds playing, you will experience a special time of subjective relaxation. Sound vibrations will help to naturally and gently move and wash away old tensions and emotions stuck in the body that you no longer need.

Recovered energy: In a state of deep relaxation, we will rewrite old programs - we will learn to forgive ourselves and others, let go of the past and bring all our energy back to this moment, so that you can create your life from lightness and peace.

What to bring with you? Clothing is loose and comfortable. We walk without shoes in the studio, so thicker socks or slippers will come in handy. We have blankets and cushions, but you can bring your favorite blanket or sleeping bag for the coziest rest.
