No matter what you say, when we hear the word "tango" we all stumble, as if the vibration of the word we hear reminds us with a distant echo of something from our own past, or something that has already we were forever forgotten and then silently in our thoughts several more times, pressing the base of the tongue to the palate thus emphasizing the letter "n", we repeat that mysterious word - taNgo... Yes, this dance is full of secrets and reminds us of ourselves.

Decatango is our decade. He is all kinds: multicolored, passionate, fiery, romantic, sad, nostalgic, but always true and very sincere. Because insincere tango just... doesn't happen.

Decatango exclusive event. It is important not only for us - theater creators, but also for the entire Lithuanian cultural community and its fans, scattered all over Lithuania. During ten years of professional activity, the Vilnius Tango Theater found a place in the cultural environment of Lithuania, gained recognition and became a significant cultural phenomenon.

And only a few know that Argentine tango, world culture part of the heritage, could only come to Lithuania together with the freedom of our country. From now on, tango already has its past here as well: from the first timid steps to tango communities established in various cities of Lithuania and dancers who represent and make Lithuania famous in the world tango championships.
