We invite all negotiation enthusiasts and people interested in self-development to the "Negotiation League" in 2024/25. events of the season!
Grand Final on May 9, in Vilnius
"League of Negotiations" 2024/24 will end the season with the Grand Finale meetings, in which the best 8 negotiators of the season will participate. This season saw 4 group stages (A, B, C and D). The first and second place contestants in each stage will get the chance to showcase their skills in the final event where the best 2024/25 will be decided. negotiator of the season.
"Negotiation League" is a unique, unparalleled negotiator tournament, during which participants are presented with various negotiation situations. Divided into pairs, the participants of the event must, within a limited time, assess the presented situation, set negotiation goals and, representing the given side, demonstrate their negotiation skills, based on the principle of dialogue. At the end of the time, the members of the commission evaluate the participants with points according to special evaluation criteria. In this way, one of them becomes the winner of the pair and moves on in the tournament.
MEMBERS OF THE COMMISSION – competent negotiation professionals with extensive negotiation experience. NEGOTIATORS – people who face negotiation situations in their work and value personal development, ready to challenge themselves in a fun way. SPECTATORS – those interested in the art of negotiation, those who value intellectual and quality leisure time and those who want to meet like-minded people people.
