The film reveals the story of the teenage girl Medicha, who belongs to the Yazidi ethnic-religious minority. In 2014, Medicha experienced Yazidi genocide, kidnapping, sale into slavery, exploitation. She is not the only one like that. Her brothers and mother, as well as other members of the Yazidi community, face the same hardships. After returning from captivity, Medicha takes a video camera and with its help tries to cope with the difficulties she has experienced, deal with trauma, return to the flow of life and inspire people to seek justice.
