"Tantric Woman" is a series of practical workshops designed to recognize suppressed needs, release stress, discover authenticity and learn the secrets of deep relationships and the art of love.

You put in a lot of effort, but relationships are not satisfying or you feel undervalued.
You want to reveal your sexuality, sensuality and learn to express yourself clearly needs.

October 6: Limits and their recognition. Creating personal space.
October 13: Feelings and emotions. Recognition and expression.
October 20: Self-confidence. Freedom to be yourself.
October 27: Lightness and playfulness.
November 3: Creativity. I am the creator of my life.
November 10: Man and masculine energy.
November 17: Feminine sexuality.
November 24: Divinity. Women's spiritual practices.
GIFTS FOR PARTICIPANTS: All course participants will additionally receive 4 valuable Osho meditations for personal practice (Lion Heart, Chakra Breathing, No Dimensions and Mahamudra).
About the teacher: Sarani is an internationally recognized Tantra teacher with more than 20 years of experience. Having studied in India, USA, Japan and Brazil, she combines deep therapy, Osho meditations and ancient tantric practices in a unique way.
Location: Meditation and wellness center "Sarani", Smolensko st. 10D, Vilnius.
Price: €510 (There is a possibility to pay in installments).
