Simona Kransak (Sandra Drzymalska), daughter of artist Jerzy Kossak and Wojciech's granddaughter without talent that defined her family from generation to generation In addition to the heat of the mother. When she gives up everything - home, traditions, social conventions - after graduation, she starts working as a researcher in Bialowiez, she begins her life according to her own rules. It dwells in the middle of Sengirė, in a house without electricity and plumbing, surrounded by wildlife. There, in the magical wildlife, she meets the photographer Lech Wilček (Jakub Gierszał), who shares her passions - love for nature and ... freedom.

Their unusual relationship disregards any standards. But Simona's imagination about the work of a naturalist and the situation of a young woman in a world dominated by men is painfully confronted with reality. It has to defend not only her ideals, but also the world of plants and animals.

Simona Kossak is an inspiring story of independence and determination to discover its place on earth. This is the story of the eternal need for closeness and the finding of its herd.
