Marianna Ame-11 years. At first glance, she is no different from her peers, but she is a really special girl. She lives in the fantasy world, her head full of dreams and wonderful ideas. She lives with her grandmother (Małgorzata Zajaczkowska) and dad (Adam Bobik) who abuses alcohol. Although it is not easy for her, she solves everyday problems with a smile on her face.
After learning that her beloved father is going to go to Italy, she decides to do her best to prevent this. She forces him to be drunk, cheat forces him to accept the birth of the calf and invites his mistress to his home. Toni's creativity has no boundaries. Despite the failures, she does not give up. She is convinced she will get what she wants. Until the light of the day brings the family secret hidden for many years.
Tony is primarily a movie about a child's great love for parents. It is a social drama of diverse forms - with elements of absurd humor, magical realism, exaggerated scenes reminiscent of silent cinema, motifs of a tragic farce, and a sad truth hidden under the comical veil.
