Sunrise meditation is a second event returning to the Vilnius TV Tower. After a successful start in the autumn of 2024, we kept asking, "When is it?" This time it is an invitation for spring meditation - together and high. When we look at it, we look not only to eastern Vilnius, but also to our own. In the rays of the morning, sitting in a group of like -minded people, observing ourselves and the eastern city - we will be able to make a positive attitude, awakening with nature.
This experience will be accompanied by a pause psychologist - Paul Rakštikas.
