AISTROS OPERAJE / PASSION IN OPERA Viktorija STANELĖ (soprano) and Igor BAKAN (bass)
Inga MAKNAVIČIENĖ (piano) will participate in the program Fragments of operas from various eras Viktorija Stanelė - professors R. Maciūtė and V. Noreika's school in Lithuania. After graduating from LMTA, she made her debut at the Lithuanian National Opera and Ballet Theatre, prepared several roles at the Klaipėda State Musical Theatre. After winning several competitions, she was invited to the opera studio at the Zurich Opera House in 2010-2012, and in 2014 became a member of the troupe of Young Soloists of the Vienna Opera. In 2019-2020, after returning to Klaipėda, she sang again at the Klaipėda State Music Theater. Among the roles created by Victoria are all the main soprano roles in the most popular operas, as well as in the operas of C. Monteverdi, G. F. Händel, E. Humperdinc, L. Janaček. She sang in the national opera theaters of Lithuania and Latvia, Teatro Massimo opera theater in Sicily, Vlaams opera theater (Antwerp/Ghent, Belgium) and others. Having successfully started his career at the Klaipėda State Musical Theater while still a student, Igor Bakan won a number of prestigious competitions and was invited to study opera at the Zurich Opera House (2009-2010). In 2010-2012 he sang at the Vlaams Opera Theater (Antwerp/Ghent, Belgium), and in 2012 he became a member of the Young Soloists troupe of the Vienna Opera House. In the season I. Bakan made his debut in the main role of Figaro in Mozart's opera "The Marriage of Figaro" at the Malmö Opera, and in 2018 here he sang Monterone in G. Verdi's opera "Rigolet".
