Migloko is a vocalist, composer and music therapist, during her workshops you will have the opportunity to get to know your voice, its potential and unleash your creativity.
Metanoia - pianist, multi-instrumentalist will contribute with his musicality and together with Migloko and you will perform an interactive improvisation/concert!
The workshop includes:
• Conscious singing is a way of being here and now, focus on the voice, breath and emotions to find an inner connection with the music.
• Vocal warm-up and diaphragmatic breathing are essential techniques to prepare the voice and body for smooth and natural singing.
• Musical games that encourage playfulness, spontaneity and creativity. These exercises not only expand vocal abilities, but also help to relax.
• Improvisation – both individual and group, allowing participants to explore their creativity and musical expression freely and uninhibited.
• Vocals /instrumental meditations to relax and immerse yourself in a meditative state through sound.
• Making music together that creates a sense of community and shared creative process.
It is a space to experiment and play, to discover incredible things not only about your voice but also about your personality and how it is closely related to your expression/singing.
EVERYONE is welcome! Both before they even had time to warm up their vocal cords in life, and after they have already grown one or another muscle on which these strings are placed.
