Bajor is a true national creator. The composer recognizes the nation's search for identity as the most important goal of his work. In the composer's music, you can clearly hear an intuitively deep connection with the native language, which conveys the unique aura of the Lithuanian nation. EGLĖ ŠLIMAITĖ – graduate of the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theater, laureate of the 1st prize of the competition of Vincės Jonuskaitė Zaunienė, trained at the National St. Cecilia Academy in Rome (Italy) and international opera singing courses in Beskow (Germany). During her studies, the singer took part in productions of Giuseppe Verdi's opera "Falstaff", Giacomo Puccini's opera "Džanis Skikis" and Franz Schreker's opera "Flame". graduate of the theater academy, laureate of the "Premio Scarlatti" international competition, collaborates with the Lithuanian National Opera and Ballet Theater, performs with the early music ensemble "Musica Humana", the Lithuanian State Symphony orchestra, Klaipėda Chamber Orchestra, contemporary music ensemble "Synaesthesis", Čiurlionis Quartet, etc. The singer's repertoire includes a wide variety of styles and eras, a large part of the repertoire consists of works by Lithuanian composers.
