We invite you to get to know the exceptionally talented girls, sisters KAJA and KLĖJA KASHUBAITĖ. The pianists will not only play, but also tell their extremely engaging story, so it will be interesting not only for children, but also for the parents and grandparents who brought them.
14 and 16-year-old young performers have already managed to conquer the hearts of music lovers and competition evaluators from many countries. Pianists have won about 100 first places and 28 "Grand Prix" awards in 27 countries in international competitions, they perform on the world's biggest stages solo, as a duet or with orchestras and spread the name of Lithuania far beyond its borders.
Kaja and Klėja were born in the family of a Lithuanian diplomat and their mother a pianist, so when their father traveled from one country to another, together the whole family also moves in. Now the girls live in the fifth country - Germany, they always proudly present themselves as Lithuanians, but they are open to innovations and feel like citizens of the whole world.
The sisters heard music when they were still under their mother's heart, when they grew up they organized concerts for dolls, and even later they planted their beloved toys while performing on stage. Today, they continue their already quite serious "games" on the big stages - Berlin, Vilnius, Kiev, Kaunas Philharmonics, Warsaw's Royal Palace, Brussels' historic town hall, even the famous "Carnegie Hall" in New York, and they are not at all proud of their achievements, but they are happy to meet ordinary people. , good people who sincerely admire the charisma of the sessions, the music they perform and the professionalism on stage, even drawing their performances works in his paintings. You will hear about all this at the concert.
The sisters will perform the most heart-warming pieces on the piano with four hands, and their interesting life the story will be told by actress and director Agnė Sunklodaitė.
