March 5 At 7 p.m. The rock opera "Oath", which will take place at Kaunas Cultural Center, is a powerful gust of patriotism in the Lithuanian music sky, combining rock musicians and famous opera soloists for joint creative work. This story of guerrillas who left their home houses in the post -war years and retreated to the forest to fight for what is most expensive. They also loved, laughed, were full of hope, were sensitive to pain and sadness, but distinguished from all others because they had a particularly noble goal in our lives for which we must be grateful.
What they were talking about ? What did you love? Did you believe in her victory? Did you be afraid of death? Was the oath given to them meant what was worthwhile to sacrifice life? Only the rest of their own memories, based on the rock opera "Oath", could answer this. It is a work about real people, their real destinies, and about who gave us a free and independent homeland. Teacher, priest, student, liaison - these characters will re -explore guerrillas who, in their hearts, have believed that their struggle will not be in vain. Soloists:
