One of the most prominent violinists in the country, Dalia Dėdinskaitė, has prepared a program together with the famous pianist Walter Delahunt, recognized on the international scene, performing with artists such as Marta Argerich and Gidon Kremer. This program includes colorful arrangements for violin and piano by the most famous violinist of all time Jaschos Heifetz, born in Vilnius, works for violin and piano by Joseph Achrons, a violin prodigy born in Lazdiyi and world-renowned composer, and famous Lithuanian composer Anatolijus Šenderov, whose fifth death anniversary is being celebrated this year. The interesting and colorful program of miniatures highlights the parallels between the art and life of the legendary personalities - J. Heifetz and J. Achron - violin performance and the importance of A. Šenderov's work, and also immortalizes the "musical touch" of today's most prominent performers to the work of three personalities with Litvak roots.
