The British -familiar combination of words "Late Junction" is a BBC 3 edition of the Radio Station, which is a lovedan and prestigious awards. The attractiveness of the programs created by this show is a unique listening experience, when medieval ballads sound next to the 21st century. electronic music, and alternative jazz is mixed with folklore. Unexpected combinations surprise and open up other contexts of listening to music.
By responding to the tradition of listening to the famous BBC 3 program, we present the concert program Late Junctions - an unexpected connection of authentic sound combinations and genres. Very rarely is the timbre of voice (countertenor) in Lithuanian concert halls, and more often with Lithuanian folk repertoire (kankles), vocal ensemble, baroque aria, minimalism and postmodernism - all of which become components that create an organic and unexpected concert program. The joints of the works performed by singers and instrumentalists create a sense of modern sacredness.
