Klaipeda cello quartet - Tomas Mikalauskas, Kornelija Kupšytė, Karolis Vaičiulis and Ignas Bazaras (leader Mindaugas Bačkus) - and Ingaja (voice, guitar, electronics) from Klaipėda, will meet the Klaipėda cello quartet - Tomas Mikalauskas. Ingaja is the music between light and silence, melancholy and inner tension. Her work intertwines indie sound, ambient mood and acoustic and electronic music harmony. The theme of this year's Sofia Festival - "familiar strangers" - invites us to rethink our relationship with the people we think. This is an evening where a classic string sound and contemporary alternative. According to music reviewer Rūta Giniūnaitė, Ingaja is one of the most interesting Lithuanian indie stage creators, which is important not only by sound but also feeling, connection and silence of being.
