XIII International M. K. Čiurlionis Music Festival presents one of the most prominent guitar ensembles in the Baltic States - Baltic guitar quartet. "Four guitars - one soul" - eloquent Quartet Credo speaks for itself. The leading guitar ensemble in the Baltic States is fascinated by sensitive, colorful and delicate music. According to musicologist Viktoras Gerulaitis, this collective also has another distinctive feature - a sense of humor, which he says is far from every chamber team. decisions. At the initiative of young and talented classic guitar performers, the Baltic Guitar Quartet was formed in 2004. The collective is appreciated by local classical music fans, presented abroad as a leading guitar ensemble in the Baltic States. The list of guitarists' concerts includes more than 25 countries around the world and prestigious concert halls - Japan, Russia, China, Austria, Denmark, and the famous Berlin Philharmonic, the Warsaw Kings of the Southbank Center. The members of the quartet are winners of various competitions, active performers, their musicianship sensitive, colorful and delicate, but unpretentious. The Quartet deepened the knowledge of the subtleties of the chamber ensemble while studying with a violinist, former long -time member of the State Vilnius String Quartet, prof.
