The concert "That wonderful era ..." is a musical journey from romanticism to early modernism. The 13th International M. K. Čiurlionis Music Festival invites you to an exclusive evening, where various music periods and styles will meet from the subtle lyrics of Romanticism to the light of early modernism. This concert will feature prominent works that cover both vocal and instrumental music that will engage listeners in the emotional and deep musical world. We will hear the amazing Polish tenor Adam Zdunikowski on this special evening. Tenor established his name in prestigious world scenes with world -level orchestras and conductors such as Lorin Maazel, Noam Sheriff, Jiri Belohlavek, John Kovacs and others. Also, on his musical journey, Zdunikowski collaborated with world -renowned artists such as Renato Bruson, Lucia Aliberti, Alberto Cupido and others. Another decoration of the concert is the performance of the violin and the alto virtuoso Maciej Jaroń. The artist is surprised not only by his technique but also by deep musical interpretations. Maciej will also present their famous compatriots Henryk Wieniawski and Ignacy Padirewski. Both performers will be accompanied by one of the most exclusive Polish pianists, famous for its excellence and ability to create a special musical atmosphere - Artur Jaroń. Maciej Jaruń (violin, Altas) Artur Jaroń (piano) about the performers: Adam Zdunikowski - tenor who graduated from the Warsaw Academy of Music and the management of cultural institutions at the University of Warsaw. Since 1990 he has been a soloist of the Warsaw National Opera Theater, who has performed more than 70 opera roles and many orators and cantatas. Winner of Polish and international singing competitions, who worked with prominent conductors such as Lorin Maazel, Kurt Masur, Nello Santi, Jerzy Semkow, and appeared with world scene stars, including Renato Bruson, Lucia Aliberti and Soilei Isokoski. During his career, Mr Zdunikowski sang in the most important scenaries of the world, such as Narodni Divadlo, Sofia National Opera, Hamburg State Opera, and participated in prestigious projects and premieres. He is also a lecturer at F. Nowowiejski University of Music in Białystok, Białystok, a division of Fryderyk Chopin Music University. In 2011 he was awarded a silver medal Gloria Artis for his merits to culture. Maciej Jaroń is a universal and talented musician who started his violin at the age of seven. He graduated from the Academy of Music at the Bydgoščius Music Academy of Music, and later deepened his knowledge at Maxim Vengerov, Oleg Kaskiva and Ivan Vukcevic in Switzerland in Switzerland. 2022 He graduated with honors at the Wroclaw Music Academy. Maciej is the winner of many international competitions, who has performed in Europe, Asia and South America. The performer cooperates with various orchestras, and also performs klezmer music and has recorded a few CDs. Currently he works as an alternate at the Holy Cross at the Philharmonic and teaches the violin in Kielce (Poland). Born in Kielce, Poland, Artur Jaroń, graduated from Krakow Music Academy with Professor Irena Syijalov-Vogel, and later Master's degree-at the Odessa Music Conservatory with Professor Anatoly Karadshov, and mastered with legendary piano masters Vera Gornajev and Gunter Ludvig. A. Jaron is known as a soloist and a chamber ensemble performer, has played with many known symphony orchestras - Sinfonia Varsovia Orchestra, Polish Radio Chamber Orchestra, Polish Radio and Television Orchestra and more. The artist often performs abroad - Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Slovakia, Ukraine and others. In the chamber ensembles, he played with Teresa żylis-Gara, Malgorzata Walewska, Wieslaw Ochman and Adam Zdunikowski. In addition, it is accompanied by violinists such as Liudmila Worobec-Witek, Saskia Szreder, Bartek Nizioł, Henryk Wieniawski. 2005 He performed in the Carnegie Hall Hall in New York.
