As in all concert programs of the folk ensemble Nalšia, so do you remember this tune ..? " - Folk songs, nostalgic romances, and nostalgic romances, and the ensemble will be intrigued by time -tested popular melodies with more modern, sometimes even pranking interpretations, will be performed in the last century, but still forgotten.
What do you expect to experience, what are probably craving and longing for people coming to the Nalšios concert? We guess that the fullness of the feelings is in one youth, another in a mature age. And the non -volatile musical expression of these feelings, the possibilities not only to listen, but also to recognize, to sing again, once heard, for a while, and now forgotten the melody. We are confident that such songs never get old and remain relevant for centuries. Together we will sing about the blessing of the first love, there will be unhappy love of grief, non -flowering rose blossoms, and crazy hearts, men will be comfortable with unfortunate love, girls will always want to believe that one love ... Uh, such love - it is not known where it comes from and never warns, when will go out ... And where romances, tango, waltz and foxtrot - will turn on the couple's scene and possibly even in the spectator hall ..?
Nalšia's popular romances are trying to sing as they were traditionally sung in Lithuania. However, sometimes the exceptional, enchanting lyricism of the most beautiful romances, the depth of poetry asks for a special musical expression. So, daring to deviate from authentic music and singing traditions, romance melodies and rhythms, the ensemble winds up newer, these days more common ways, seeks to resurrect them to a second life, to rise to experiments, unconventional interpretations and high levels of music culture. Here, the "Nalšiai" is beautifully assisted by a longtime friend - a professional, creative performer, Rytas Lingė (Forepijon). His music is enriched with new, unexpected colors together.
Concert program - "Do you remember this tune ..?" - as if crowning the Renaissance that began in recent years, provides space for their peculiar, creative development. But even now, romances, which are more modern, remain what it always was - a song of our hearts.
