Panevezys Musical Theater together with Panevezys City Municipality on February 24. invites you to the traditional concert "Wings of Hope". It is dedicated to the Day of the Restoration of the State of Lithuania, Estonian Independence Day and Ukraine fighting for freedom. The works of Lithuanian, Estonian and Ukrainian music will be performed, the concert will be conducted by Estonian Estonian Pehkas, and the special highlight of the event is the global premiere of the work of the Ukrainian composer Olexander Ščertyneskis, expressing hope that unites all three nations.
