VDU Chamber Orchestra, founded in 2011. Vytautas Magnus University Music Academy, is the only professional chamber orchestra in the city of Kaunas. During the relatively short period of its existence, the orchestra has already held more than 200 concerts in Lithuania and abroad, and has toured in Cyprus, Germany, the United States of America and Sakartvel. The soloists of this concert are young Lithuanian opera stars Gabrielė Bukinė and Joris Rubinovas. The concert program will invite the listeners to travel through various eras and countries whose culture is closely connected with Lithuanian manors.
