LUZ DO SOL – BRAZILIAN SPIRIT JOURNEY

A Journey of Music and Dance in the Spirit of Brazil

We invite you to a rich, experiential journey lasting several hours to a place where the setting itself inspires and transports you to a vibrant tropical world—“Gajos Kupolas” in the Trakai District: https://www.facebook.com/gajoskupolas

Luz do Sol, a guest from Brazil and a creator of music and experiences, will open up a space for your inner journey, which will begin with a gaze inward during a deeply focused meditation and conclude with an ecstatic celebration. Luz do Sol will be accompanied by a group of professional Lithuanian musicians.

Indrė Šiliauskaitė—Indraya—a dance-movement therapist, music creator, ecstatic dance facilitator, and lecturer on psycho-emotional health, will lead a grounding and liberating movement workshop.

The event will be held in Lithuanian and English.

EVENT SCHEDULE:

• 4:00–5:00 p.m. – Doors open, participant registration, and settling in

• 5:00 PM – gathering over a cup of herbal tea

• Meditation, an experience of being “here and now”

• Grounding and opening movement workshop

• Around 6:30–7:00 PM – a break to catch your breath

• Heart-opening songs from the Amazon rainforest and ceremonial chants

• Afro-Brazilian dance celebration

• End of the concert, reflection, and conversations by the fire.

LOCATION: Bražuolės St., Bražuolės Village, Trakai, Lithuania, LT-21100 (Enter "Akmeninė rezidencija" into Google Maps—it will take you there exactly), "Gajos kupolas" next to the "Akmenos rezidencija" hotel.

The event will take place on the terrace of “Gajos kupolas,” but in case of inclement weather, it will be moved inside the dome. Accommodations in cabins can be booked by contacting the management of “Akmenos rezidencija” directly: https://akmenosrezidencija.lt/

Alcoholic beverages are not served at the event. During the intermission, non-alcoholic beverages and vegetarian food will be available for purchase on-site. Other “Akmenos Rezidencija” restaurants will also be open nearby.

Ticket prices:

• 45 EUR for students

• 50 EUR for advance tickets purchased by July 19

• 60 EUR for advance tickets from July 20 to July 28

• 70 EUR on the day of the event

• 12 EUR for children ages 7–18 (free admission for children under 7)
