We are pleased to invite you to an afternoon of Viennese operetta dedicated to the memory of the legendary master of operetta Harald Serafin. Charisma, elegance and exceptional stage charm earned him the title of the king of operettas, and his voice remains an integral part of the Viennese operetta tradition even today.

The concert will feature the music that the soloist from Kybarti loved and lived by - the most famous operetta arias and duets, full of light, feelings, humor and the timeless charm of Viennese operetta.
During the event, a small exhibition dedicated to Harald Serafin will be presented, and memories of the legendary singer will be shared by prof. Raminta Lampsatytė.

Haraldas Serafinas (Vytautas Serafinas, 1931-2025) was born in Kybartais, and when he was nine years old, he moved to Germany with his family. Although he was being prepared for medical studies, he chose music and became one of the most prominent soloists of Viennese operetta. His career spanned the biggest European stages, and since 1967 until the end of his solo career, he lived and worked in Vienna. 1992-2012 led the famous Lake Miorbis operetta festival, which won international recognition. For his contributions to culture, Haraldas Serafinas was awarded the Austrian state awards and the Order of Lithuania "For services to Lithuania".

Prof. Raminta Lampsatytė is a famous pianist, musicologist, music professor, one of the best vocal teachers in Europe, patron of young talents, organizer of various festivals, pioneer of the opera concisa (concise opera) concept in Hamburg, performs and teaches internationally. She studied piano, German and Roman studies at the Mozarteum University of Salzburg, improved in chamber music courses, earned a doctorate in musicology at the University of Berlin, was a professor at the Hamburg University of Music and Theater, where she taught opera and Lied genre performance. R. Lampsatytė performs a lot, is the concertmaster of the Lithuanian National Opera and Ballet Theatre.
Beata Kučinskaitė - soprano, graduate of the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theater. The soloist performs in Lithuania and abroad, participates in chamber music projects, and opera and operetta music occupy an important place in her repertoire.

Nerijus Noreika studied at the Faculty of Music of Vytautas the Great University (prof. D. Vėbra class), where he obtained a bachelor's degree, and at the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theater (prof. I Milkevičiūtė class), where he obtained a master's degree. He studied under famous singing teachers - Prof. Raminta Lampsatytė, Prof. Josef Wallning, Prof. Marina Bartoli, Prof. Andreas Macco, Assoc. Gaiva Bandzinaitė, Dr. Sarah Kettner - Masterclasses.

The repertoire of the soloist, who performs on the stages of Lithuania and abroad, includes works of vocal music from various eras, as well as opera roles: Gonzalva (M. Ravel's "The Spanish Hour"), Tamino (W. A. Mozart's "The Magic Flute"), Lenski (P. Tchaikovsky's "Eugene Onegin"), Count Belfiore (W. A. Mozart's "The False Gardener"), Šperlich (O. Nicolai's "Windsor wits"), Lykov and Bomelius (N. Rimsky-Korsakov "The Tsar's Fiancee"), Rabbit (D. Sebba "Alice in Wonderland"), Brisar (F. Lehár "Count Luxembourg"), Fredi (F. Loewe "My Great Lady"), Counselor (S. Levay "Elisabeth") and others.
