Paraphrases, transcriptions and fantasies on the themes of popular operas and operettas.
The international ensemble "Trio Harmonia" unites three professional performers - Viktorija Marija Zabrodaitė, Francesco Bruno and Nijolė Baranauskaitė. in 2021 the gathered team unites the musical culture of Lithuania and Italy with their activities, they perform in the concert halls of Lithuania, Italy and other European countries.
This year, commemorating the five-year anniversary, the trio prepared the program "Musical Metamorphoses", inviting you to look at well-known opera and operetta music from a different angle. The program will feature paraphrases, fantasias and transcriptions of works by G. Puccini, G. Verdi, F. Lehár and other composers, in which well-known melodies take on new forms, reveal unexpected colors and once again testify to the inexhaustible possibilities of interpretation of opera music.
Francesco Bruno is a flutist recognized in Italy and beyond. He performed in the orchestra led by Ennio Morricone, is the founder and leader of the flute orchestra "Afflatus" and the Sicilian flute orchestra "Triscele". in 2019 he was awarded the Syracuse "Corrado Maranci" music award, given to the best Sicilian classical music performer of the year.
Viktorija Marija Zabrodaitė is a flutist, well known to Lithuanian music lovers. She actively performs in Lithuania and abroad, organizes various concert programs, collaborates with chamber ensembles of different composition, participates in festivals. The recordings of her music are played on Lithuanian national radio and television programs.
Nijolė Baranauskaitė is a pianist who actively performs concerts with the most famous Lithuanian soloists. Long-term stage experience, musicality and a sensitive sense of partnership earned her the trust of performers. The pianist has repeatedly been rated as the best concertmaster of singing competitions in Lithuanian and international competitions.
