Bach reveals the depth of the Baroque era and the complexity of contrapuntal technique, L. van Beethoven – revolutionary ambition and emotional power, F. Liszt – virtuosity and expression, and F. Chopin - the poetic and heart-touching spirit of romanticism. In the magic of the Užutrakis Palace, where the authenticity of the historic manor space provides not only the beauty of the acoustics, but also a special atmosphere, music and architecture will merge into a harmonious whole, and the virtuosity, musicality and masterful interpretations of the talented pianist will allow the listeners to immerse themselves in the timeless works of great composers, leading them into the inner spaces of these compositions as if they were performed by the creators themselves.

Pianist Joris Sodeika is one of the brightest Lithuanian musicians of the young generation, characterized by exceptional craftsmanship, subtle interpretation and the ability to convey the emotional depth of classical works. Joris was born and raised in a family of musicians, his talent was revealed at an early age, and his path to the professional scene was marked by intensive studies and international achievements. He studied at the National M. K. Čiurlionis School of Arts (student M. Lapėnaitės class), studied at the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theater (prof. P. Geniuš class), where he obtained a master's degree, improved his piano skills with well-known Lithuanian and foreign artists.

2015 J. Sodeika was awarded a diploma at the M. K. Čiurlionis International Piano Competition and after this memorable performance he was evaluated as an intelligent, refined performer who built bridges to the true spiritual art of music, giving listeners ever new openings of the soul.

The performer performs a lot in Lithuania and abroad. countries, his repertoire includes both classical and contemporary works. He is renowned for his ability to combine technical virtuosity with emotional
sensitivity. J. Sodeika is a pianist who does not shy away from trying various roles. A musician looking for new stage challenges can also be heard on the theater stage. He has performed in Leipzig, Venice, Barcelona, ​​and is a regular participant of the festivals "Gaida", "Kristupos festivalis", "Kultūros naktis", "Druskininkai vasara with M. K. Čiurlionius".
