Thursday, May 16, 8 p.m. KKC will be filled with echoes, strumming guitars, electronic speakers and deep repetitive rhythms: there will be performances by Polish dubwave group DYNASONIC and Lithuanian experimental / krautrock group BROKENCHORD LIVE, and the atmosphere of the evening will be provided by Lukas Feser (DJ set).

✺ DYNASONIC is a three-member dubwave ensemble whose unique sound combines bass dub with modern electronics and outdoor recordings, creating a hypnotic and mesmerizing experience. The natural repetitiveness of their music resembles the surging of waves, but its elements of experimental electronica remind us that these are not calm waters in which we swim.

2023. the band released their third album, Dynasonic. Again produced by American master engineer The Norman Conquest, this album marks the first time the band has recorded without guest musicians. This record features raw Berlin dub techno influences, as well as dense and smoky western Polish border atmosphere.

This is the heaviest and most genre-bending album in Dynasonic's history. This isn't the kind of quiet dub that drifts into a calm state, but one that gurgles dangerously and threatens impending catastrophe. Beneath the surface, tectonic waves collide and massive forces gather, creating tension and anxiety.

✺ Brokenchord is an experimental rock project of three members. One of the band members, Ernest, has released albums on the Bristol record label Black Acre, responsible for official remixes for artists such as Radiohead, Twilight Sad.

Together with the band, the trio formed a unified creative collective that reworked Ernest's solo creative work into a live show based on krautrock melodies, electronic sounds, noisy guitars and endless sound structures that alternate between club beats and a wall of sound.

✺ For the finale of the sparkling evening - Lukas Feser radiates deep rhythms and psychedelic creepers. Having recently moved from Klaipėda to the capital, Lukas has been behind the turntables for more than a decade and always presents listeners with a mosaic of intoxicating sounds. Unbound by genres and styles, Lukas also cooks, sails and creates his own music.
