String trio: Geraldas Bidva (violin), Glebas Pyšniakas (viola), Dalia Dėdinskaitė (viola) - will perform a timeless masterpiece, fascinating in its intellectual rigor and emotional richness.

Bach's Aria and 30 Variations for Harpsichord, more commonly known as the "Goldberg Variations", BMW 988 still sounds very modern today. Their arrangements for various instruments and ensembles emphasize the timeless appeal of this piece. This evening, Dmitriy Sitkovetskis' instrumentation will be played by a string trio.

K. Stockhausen's "Zodiac cycle" will be played among the variations, together with J. Vaičiūnaitė's verses based on M.K. Čiurlionis' paintings, reader - Indrė Valantinaitė.

The instrumentation of K. Stockhausen's "Zodiac Cycle" was specially prepared by Andrei Pushkarev for this trio of musicians.
