Vilnius Ore festival, which encourages spending more time in nature and fresh air, will invite the people of Vilnius from July 16-19 and guests of the city to enjoy good music in the reconstructed Botanical Garden of Vilnius University in Vingios Park and presents the first participant of the event - R&B and soul music artist Angelou.
This year the music festival "Vilnius Ore" will last four days. , on July 16-19, and it will be "opened" by one of the most prominent R&B and soul performers in Lithuania, Anželika Petrauskaitė-Angelou, who will appear on stage on July 16.
Angelou started writing songs after returning from studying abroad, and became popular in his homeland in 2017 with his first Lithuanian song "A lyga", which he created with producer Free Finga. Since then, the charming artist has already presented three albums to the listeners - "Vision A" (2017), "All in Good Time" (2019) and "Phase" (2021).
The performer from Klaipėda stands out on the Lithuanian music scene with her deep voice and alternative rhythm and blues compositions that combine soul, R&B and electronic music styles. The talented Angelou has been nominated four times for various M.A.M.A. in award categories.
