For the finale of the festival, composer and electronic music performer Jonas Jurkūnas, who works under the pseudonym Robotik Folk as a solo project, invites you to take a somewhat ironic look at a possible dystopian future.
Many years after the end of our time, robots are rediscovering and using the remnants of human musical heritage (and their working memory). From the ruins, sung by local synthetic programs, a new robot folklore emerges spontaneously, remembering the history of our musical ancestors.

GLOBAL CHALLENGES
Humanity is quietly deciding its future. As the world stands on the brink of the pervasiveness of artificial intelligence that could change the fabric of society, with scientists warning ominously that we will soon cross a "red line" beyond which climate damage will be irreversible, with the earth's population surpassing 8 billion and the doomsday clock ticking in the last minutes to midnight, it becomes clear that global challenges can change our future and everyday life at any time. How do we see and react to these threats and the future of humanity, and why, even when we realize the extent of the threats, are we unable to focus on saving the world? This year's festival "Muzikos ruduo" looks at problems relevant to the whole world or regions from an anthropological perspective.
