This two-time GRAMMY Award-winning artist has left an indelible mark on jazz history with his virtuoso playing, innovative compositions and wide range of musical styles. During his career, he released an impressive number of albums, including 24 original albums, and collaborated with the most famous names in the world of music. From Afro-Cuban Jazz to Hard Bop, R&B, Hip-Hop and Afrobeat, Hargrove expertly combined styles and pushed musical boundaries. His ability to seamlessly transition between genres has made him a beacon for both traditional jazz aficionados and young musicians exploring the realms of contemporary music.
