He started performing intensively while still a schoolboy - with the big band "The Magic Time Orchestra" he played at various festivals in Lithuania, Latvia, Germany and Sweden.

The drummer's stage partners are well-known Lithuanian jazz musicians Kęstutis Vaiginis, Dmitrijus Golovanovas, Veronika Čičinskaite-Golovanova, Leonardas Pilkauskas, D.
